flatpak::assert_installed¶
Assert that a flatpak application is installed; die if missing.
Arguments¶
- $1 (id): flatpak application id (reverse-DNS form)
Exit codes¶
- 0: application is installed
- 1: application is not installed
flatpak::exec_gui¶
Launch a flatpak GUI app detached from the terminal so the shell
prompt returns immediately. Asserts the app is installed, then
execs via misc::exec_gui (setsid --fork). When any argument is
--version or --help, misc::exec_gui runs flatpak run attached
instead, so the app's output and exit status reach the caller.
Does not return.

- $1 (id): flatpak application id
- ... (args): Arguments forwarded verbatim to flatpak run.
Exit codes¶
- 1: application is not installed
flatpak::exec¶
Launch a flatpak app attached to the terminal (stdio connected,
blocks until the app exits). Asserts the app is installed, then
execs flatpak run. Does not return.
